Whilst going through a session with Tanya in my coaching, she guided me to sit with the part of me that I was abandoning, to go back past that time to before I had ever felt that pain, to the joyful happy part of myself. I was able to hold space for the hurt me the abandoned child and reunite her with the joyful me. Tanya guided me to introduce myself as me now, show my inner child that I’m safe, and 42. I felt a deep connection and healing . But the healing didn’t stop, as I was drifting off to sleep I felt a familiar tightness in my chest my fear, I allowed it to stay, I breathed deeply and my girls returned offering me a ball of grey matter which I let go of and it dissipated. The next was an even larger one that required my 2 yr old, 4 yr old and 42 to hold together. When letting go of this huge ball of darkness I felt an immediate release in my chest. This was 2 weeks ago and I can honestly say I don’t have the same panicked response that I used to. We have REWIRED my nervous system. Let go of that which does not serve me. Tanya held me in the most beautiful way, her words so perfect in taking me to where I needed to go.

This has been a deep time of journeying deep into the shadow parts of myself, something that I now see i needed, to expand.... we can only go deeper, expand further by addressing the icky parts of ourselves that we prefer to not acknowledge, so that has been a big part for me, acknowledging and bringing in acceptance for ALL parts of me, what we tend to label "good" and "bad", is only the perception I hold.
